Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Packlisty iPhone app, provided by Muhammed Karayazi, Antalya, Türkiye. By installing or using the app you agree to them.
Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Packlisty on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. You may not resell, rent out, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app.
Subscription
- Packlisty is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. The current price and period are always shown in the app before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel it at any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription.
- Purchases are made through Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; your statutory rights of withdrawal remain unaffected.
Packing suggestions, airline rules and weather
This matters, so plainly: everything Packlisty proposes is guidance, not a guarantee.
- Packing lists are suggestions based on your answers. Deciding what you actually need — medication, documents, visas — remains yours.
- Cabin dimensions and baggage allowances are stored values for a selection of airlines and can change at any time. Always check the current rules with your airline before you fly.
- Weights are estimates derived from category averages and your own adjustments. They are not a substitute for a scale.
- Measurements from the luggage scanner depend on your device’s sensors and lighting and can deviate by a few centimetres.
- Weather comes from a third-party forecast service and is, like all forecasts, uncertain.
We are not liable for baggage fees, refused items or missed connections arising from reliance on these values.
Your content
Trips, lists and documents you create stay yours. They are stored on your device and, if enabled, in your private iCloud database. Keeping your own backups is your responsibility; we cannot restore lost data because we have no access to it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Packlisty unlawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to services the app relies on.
Availability and changes
We develop the app continuously and may change, add or remove features. Third-party services the app uses, such as the weather API, may be temporarily unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only when a material contractual obligation is breached, and limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract. Mandatory statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary and may enforce these terms against you.
Governing law
The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
